Exceptional work from Annita Guga

Car track double debited my account on the 31st of October. They informed me that it usually takes 7 to 14 business to refund. There was alot of back and forth until a beautiful lady from the credit controller department know as Annita Guga, chipped in and provided professional customer service skills. Today I received my refund after a few days of working with her, she has been responding and keeping me informed regarding the whole process and she has managed to explain to me everything which I needed an explanation for.
