Exceptional support and service from Cartrack

My car was ****** on 31 October 2019 - I called Cartrack as soon as we discovered the theft (it could only have been gone for a maximum of half an hour, as a friend had driven past my car and seen it parked outside half an hour before). Within 5 minutes they called me back to say that they had located my car and were sending out the Cartrack team and the police and within 10 minutes they called me to say my car had been recovered. They kept me continually informed as to where my car had been taken (Aeroton Police Pound - the front interior had been stripped by the ******* in their efforts to find the tracker, they were unsuccessful and abandoned the car when they realised that their time was up, but had done R40 000 of damage in that time). They also called me when my car was with the panelbeaters and they picked up a disconnected battery signal due the the car being worked on (and have saved me on several occasions when I've left my car lights on by calling to let me know that my battery is giving out a low battery signal). Their contact and engagement with me throughout has been incredibly professional, efficient and sympathetic and they are a pleasure to deal with. I cannot thank them enough for having recovered my car and their assistance and support during a very stressful time.
