Exceptional customer service from Nwabisa Makhaya

I spoke to Nwabisa Makhaya and my did she not understand the assignment 🙂. She was friendly, efficient and exceeded my expectations. I hope her efforts will not go unnoticed and we definitely need more people like her in the Customer Service space 🙂. It was a pleasant experience that left me with a good laugh and I'd definitely recommend Cartrack because of the excellent customer service received.
