I had forgotten to switch off Carwatch on my app prior starting my car. I instantly received a call from Cartrack to verify my safety. A lady by the name of Keletso Sefoloshe followed up to check if I was indeed safe with my car. She was so friendly and professional. She asked me some security questions to verify if I was indeed safe. She really knows her job well. I strongly believe our cars are safe with Cartrack.
