Excellent Service from Cartrack

<p>I would just like to commend Cartrack on the excellent service I have received. on 27 May 2016, Sibusiso came to fit a device in my vehicle, shortly after leaving I realised there was a problem and the device was not working, I contacted Cartrack and shortly thereafter Thabo returned to my location followed shortly by Sibusiso, both humbly apologising for the inconvenience (this was neither one of their faults), they had a look at the problem we then need to moved the vehile I was follwed by them for my protection all the while them explaining to me exactly what the problem was. The unit was replaced and while i apologized for this, they both assured me this was absolutely no problem and they wanted to make sure I am happy! This is customer service worth raving about! well done to you guys you have made my weekend!!!!</p>
