Excellent service by Sindisidwe Kubeka

I called in - The lady was so calm and patient with me. Sindisiwe Kubeka is a very good example of a customer service agent. I don't even think the call was longer then 7 minutes that shows she is well aware of the product and what she is doing.

I could have stayed another 10 minutes on the call but then she has to help others. Thank you so much my darling. Keep up the good excellent work. 5 golden stars
