Excellent service
Xolani Dlamini, exceptional service from the young man, the process was quick easy and I wasn't overlooked with information. He described the different packages with confidence and answered all my questions, it didn't even feel like I was signing up or I was being sold something.

05 Sept 2025, 12:08Your sales team was on point, however customer service and your scheduling department absolutely appauling service, no communication, no form of assistance nothing. A technician was scheduled for yesterday by the name of Siviwe Mtikitiki at 4 PM no call no show. I wasted my whole afternoon waiting thinking he would pitch cause everyone is late once in a while he didn't show up. This morning I received another message about a different technician Keegan Petersen at 11:50 no call no show. If this is how long you take to respond that means even if my car were to get ****** you would take as long. Of the technician is not here by 12:30 you can cancel that appointment, no tracker will get fitted on my car by your company.
