Excellent and Professional Service from Second Cartrack Technician

My issue was resolved after multiple attempts to get help to resolve this issue Unprofessional Technician and Poor Service from Car Track resolved. I contacted the Cartrack Klerksdorp Office on Monday (2nd November 2020) morning and got helped by a lady named Brenda who told me that they will book a Technician to come through on Wednesday. The Technician (Moeletsi Tsotetsi - CT3347) came through and I must say the gentleman knew what the problem was before even touching the car. He managed to sort out the issue for me and I am very impressed with his work. Keep Up the Good Work Sir. To the first Technician named Charles whom I called on Friday (30th of October 2020) and told me that you don't know what I was talking about. I hope you improve your work ethic moving forward because you don't have good customer service and support.
