Was assisted by Tumi Muhlodi from Cartrack customer services. The lady was so efficient and polite right through the call. She assisted me with what i needed in 2 minutes & even offered further assistance with the App. She had to transfer me for that but just her finding iut if there's anything else that i needed showed her work ethic and commitment to customer service. She gets a 5 star rating from me.
