I had a terrible experience with another tracking company in SA, so had their device removed from my vehicle and requested a quote from Cartrack. Wow what a difference, from the time that Candy Muthali took my call to the time that we finally concluded the transaction, she made me feel as though I was her most important customer and she needed to help me. Thank you Candy for that. The whole experience has been a smooth, efficient and very easy process from start to finish. Today the technician arrived to fit the tracking device in my vehicle and WOW also a really amazing experience. Lolo as he asked me to call him, was an absolute gentleman and super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Lolo had me up and running in a very short space of time, showed me how he had connected my vehicle to it's wireless guardian in the sky via the app. The app is also a lot more intuitive than the other companies and actually works.
