Exceeding Expectations

It is always a pleasure to be assisted by the consultants from the Scheduling department, they Always go an extra mile to assist. 70% of my time I spend on the phone checking the bookings, mandates for our clients daily. everytime Mandy Kubheka, Thandazile Nkosi And Devin (not sure a bout the surname), they check More than 2 clients at a time, they help as far as 10 clients on 1 call, whereas other consultants will only check 2 clients in a call. They do this with a smile.. Its a pleasure to deal with them. They are making our daily work much easy to do. We appreceiate you guys.
