Evergreen contract with the devil car track

Guys who can assist me with getting my money back from car track , my contract has ended with them but they keep debiting money from my bank account . When I call their offices they keep saying money will be refunded but to no assistant . It’s been more than 5 years the contract lapsed/ expire . I need a good lawyer or assistant who can assist me with getting my money back .
