Endless Frustration and ******* debiting of your account !!!

Do not deal with this company unless you want endless headaches and utter incompetence! Over a month and no resolution to a problem that is not mine . You make a payment and they *******ly debit your account and then tell you you are in arrears!!!!!! Never in my life have I dealt with such utter and complete frustration!!! Never ever again !!!
