Empty promising from Cartrack

Iam expressing my disappointment with this company they have empty promising few months ago i called them twice telling them device doesnt have Gps i started to notice this issue on the cartrack app that means i cannot track my vehicle at all they promise to fix this problem until now they have'nt done nothing its almost the end of 2024 very poor service Cartrack shame on you.
