Empty promises, poor service , no feedback

It’s unfortunate that I find myself here again 🫩 after numerous emails sent, countless phone calls and empty promises, my issue has still not been resolved. Utterly disappointing because after the call received from the escalation’s office, I had hope only got me to be disappointed in the end . I WANT MY REFUND CARTRACK
