Empty promises. No installation done.
It has been over a month now waiting for deinstallation and re installation of my device. I’m really not happy with delays and empty promises. Just this past week I called CarTrack and was transferred and transferred. Promises again were made and nothing. I have 2 cars and wanna install on a 3rd. Next thing if I move my cars elsewhere CarTrack will charge me. Now I’m stuck. Really unpleasant experience…
