EMOTIONAL ABUSE BY CARTRACK ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

My car was hijacked last year and had 2 tracking devices. One from the previous owner and one was for cartrack that was installed by me.. Same night I called cartrack to assist me and I also asked the previous owner to call his tracker too.. Cartrack declared to me that since my account is in arrears, I must sign AOD of R25 000 and that am going to pay if they recover my car but then later that night previous owner*a tracker recovered my car before cartrack could recover.. Later cartrack called to inform me that they found the vehicle.. Now they busy abusing and treatning that they will take me to court
