Electrical damage

"I'm experiencing an issue with Cartrack, who installed a tracking device in my brand-new car. Unfortunately, the installation damaged the car's computer box, causing problems with gear selection and the lights. I've taken the car to the dealership for repairs, but it's been stuck there for five weeks. Despite my repeated calls to Cartrack, they claim they're escalating the matter, but no resolution has been reached. As the car's owner, I'm frustrated with the prolonged delay and would like to seek assistance .
