Either Car track installs faulty trackers or they employ unqualified technicians

In May I was compelled by my insurance provider to have a Car Track tracker installed in my and live to regret this day for agreeing to do this. On the day of installation, the technician broke the car aircon control knob and messed up the wiring such that my tail lights, dashboard lights, and fog lights were all not working and an attempt to fix them earned me a R500 bill I had to drive back from my residential area which is 20km away from their premises. In June I received a message from car track that my unit wasn't working. Either I had to drive back to their premises or arrange for a safe closed space they could work on.I stay in a flat and don't have any space where they could come and sort the tracker thus I arranged with a friend who stays 15km away from my residence and the tracker was "SUPPOSEDLY" repaired. in July hardly a month later I get the same message that the tracker is not working and expected to drive back all the way to their premises which is 20km away to fix their problem

I have told them that I don't have a private place where they can do the installation or they pay my fuel for driving to and from their premises as it is cos of their incompetence and substandard work that they did on my car. .Why is every month my tracker has to be repaired?. This means that either Cartrack employ unqualified staff or they install used defective units in cars lying that the trackers are brand new hence the tracker always needs repairs. If I m having a problem with my track just 2 months into my contract how many repairs will the tracker have to undergo in 3 years ?. It means eventually I will have to fork money out of my pocket. Why is the staff that is doing shoddy work not being asked to pay for their incompetence or Car track knows that their tracking units are defective. Is there any regulator or ombudsman one can report such cases of misconduct because as it is this is a clear breach of contract. I have never missed a payment yet I am being short changed

Cartrack please look for a place in Central Durban where I can bring my car for repairs or you will have to pay me money for driving to and from your premises. Please note that I will also need to be paid for my time as it means I have to take time off work which I won't be getting paid for
