****ed off New Client

Can you guys get your **** together.. i have had nothing but horrible ****ty service from cartrack from the start and it's just not getting better. I was told my pro-rata payment will be added with my installment which I requested to be on the 25th and only to find out that it was set up for the 21st. Like seriously? Is this the kind of service i should expect from you?? it is still early and really considering changing to Tracker as this level of incompetence i just cannot deal with. Who is going to pay for my bank charges??????????????????????
