****ed off and very disappointed

i gave cartrack a Referral around December 2023 last year, then the installation and all was done as well around that time , So Cartrack promises their customers 2 month free premium after a successful referral , so now i was told my 2 months free premium will be scheduled for February and march 2024 but now to my surprise my account is now on arrears ,what the hell *.when will i be credited for the referral i made. Cartrack should stop encouraging their customers to give them referrals if they will not compensate us for that.
