Driven by incompetency to poor service

Car tracker installed a tracking device in my bakkie and after that device start to drain my battrey getting alert from them to confirm if mech is busy with the car or not and they even call out wrong car registration.since last year august they said they wil send a battrey Doctor to check the problem I am still waiting I regret to join cartrack ,is affecting me serious, please Lord have mercy on me my chances of geting t help from cartracker is getting thinner and thinner bad bad bad
