Double premiums

I’m very disappointed in the service that I have recived from Cartrack, December 2024 you guys debited me 3 times (to my understanding it was suppose to be twice the monthly premuim R199.00 and the prorate R121.39) but there is no explanation as to why another R121.39 was debited. (one on the 20th and two on the 31st January 2024)

I called early January 2025 and I was told that I have an mount due to me and I had requested for the amount to be credited to my premiums of the following month which was not done and instead you tried to debit me twice again (R199.00 and R254.00) of which the R199 bounced due to the limit that I have set but now u guys are still trying to debit the R199 and I have already paid my premiums of R254 and the prorate of R31 for the roadside assistance for January 2025.Take note I only have one vehicle that I’m paying for but you are debiting me twice

That’s not all I got TWO very disturbing email stating that I owe u guys R78 (my account is in arrears) from what exactly when I have never missed a premium instead you were the ones debiting me double

I have been calling your useless department for over two weeks now and all they do is to tell me that they have launched a ticket and I’ll get feedback to this day I’m still to get a call from them to resolve this is you!!!

It’s really unacceptable, one of your salesman’s told me that I’m paying for two cars with reg (“temp” and MC…) how can one car have two registrations when I called them a week after I got the car in December to inform them about the registration on the car!!!😡😡
