Double payments- Refund delays

Terrible experience with the finance division. Terminated the contract early after the sale of my car. Cartrack recouped their fees of R2500 and continued making unauthorized payments against my account, resulting in double payments. They have been promising my refund since Novemeber, still nothing.

Very tired, thank God I changed tracking companies
