DOUBLE PAYMENT!!!

@ Cartrack You failed to debit your amount in December, I called to make payment arrangements and the lady I spoke to said they would send a link l, went to the link and paid them but later today cartrack deducted another amount from my account which means I ended up paying more than R500? I want to know when you guys plan on refunding me, this is unacceptable!
