Double payment- *********** agents

I changed bank accounts so I just forgot to send the money late to my one account but I i still done the EFT to pay car tracker February 18 2025 I done the EFT - I was told that it will reflect in 3-5days 19 February 2025 the debit order went out, I contacted Cartrack via WhatsApp and via email they told me that th EFT payment will reflect in 3-5days and seeing that I paid twice in one month the extra amount will be for the next month which would be March 2025

15 March 2025 a debit order went off again I once again contacted Cartrack and informed them that I paid twice in February 2025 The agent responded by telling me that I never paid in January 2025 me knowing that I pay all my debit I sent the agent a proof of debit order of January 2025. Agent responded “ good day your account is up to date “ then I said again but I paid twice in February 2025, the agent said It must be because I never paid a prior month … So I don’t understand now eventhough it’s only R185 fact remains it’s my R185 why is car track agents so *********** that since last month this problem could not have been addressed or resolved
