Double deduction without any reason

I honestly dont understand why Cartrack would double deduct my account. On the 20th you deducted the monthly installment, on the 25th you took More than the monthly installment. What for ??? No one knows, not even your consultants can tell why ! That's *****ing, thats uncalled for.
