Double Debit Warning

I moved my daughters Cartrack into here own name and account in November22. The next month I got debited and so did my daughter. After lengthy calls to cartrack there accounts acknowledged this and said I would get refunded in Jan. In January I did not get the refund. They are not responding to emails. I wonder how many other people they double debit and get away with this. Beware of this ********* behavior
