Double debit order always

Cartracker is nonsense when it comes to debit orders. They always debit twice or 3times in a month. I always have to call and complain why they have to debit 2times, I always have to complain about refund. I can't do My personal things because I need that money. They really are selfish . I need My refund. They even update things on App n increase monthly debit order without My agreement. What's that.
