Double Debit

I was double debited during March 2016. Was promised the money back in 7 - 14 working days. It is now past the middle of April and I have still not received my money. I have sent e-mails querying this - no reply from Cartrack. I have called Cartrack querying this - was told that someone from accounts will call me - nobody has called. Very dissatisfied.
