Double charged for roadside assistant for 3 years

I'm very disappointed. When I signed the contract with them, I was not told that the contract includes roadside assistance. I then activated road side assistant feature in the app at an additional fee. I was paying R385.00 for 3 years. When I contacted them requesting for a downgrade, that's where they pick up I was paying double fees for roadside assistant.
