Double billing

I signed up with car track for a dual dash cam, it took them 2 weeks to install it, then on the installation day, they deducted R210 from my account then 8 days late they deducted R289. I wrote them an email asking for an explanation , just got an automated response, more than a week later, l am still waiting for a response 😑.
