Don't use this company! Useless support staff

Don't use this company, they fitted a faulty unit in my car, when i logged tickets, all they did was "reboot" the device , this problem persisted. They refused to send out a technician to check what could possibly be wrong eventually I got them to do a booking, the technician did not even pitch up at my premises, nobody even bothered to call me to let me know what's going on. Only when I called them they put me through the scheduling department to make another booking, and I must wait for an available slot! Never had it had such poor service from a company they could not even call or even dispatch the technician the next day to fix the problem. Now when I want to cancel my service with them they want to charge me a cancelation fee!
