Dont trust Cartrack

I had a so called upgrade to new system on on Cartrack, i was viewing Bidvest tracking unit, so dissipointed i didn't go it.

In November last year, Techinicians came to to upgrade my system. I have had three technicians working on it on separate occasions, not one of them has got system to work. When system gets triggered off, no one folllows up. When i asked them to track where where my car is, waiting on phone for 60 minutes, i got told it was 20km, from where it is based .Please guys don't use Cartrack, services is appauling.. I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Pretty, still havnt had any luck.
