DONT SIGN UP$

This is the worst company on earth! Do not sign up with them you will live to regret it!

These people harassed me with atleast 6-8 calls a day over 1 missed payment literally a few days late from 7 am even on Saturday and Sunday all throughout the day. I asked them to email me and so many people were calling me I kept telling them to stop harrasing me as I had already spoken to someone. Needless to say they disregarded that and when I opted to cancel on a 3 month payment arrangement (because they charge you R2650 to cancel non negotiable) they proceeded to ignore the arrangement and then debited the full amount, literally the day after the arrangement had been made.

Please urgently FIRE Musa Nyathi. Musa is the one that sent me an email saying i must advise when earliest they can debit, I rep**** on email stating an arrangement had been made, the agent confirmed on the call it was made. So even though I made it clear on email that I have an existing arrangement that piece of **** Musa created a debit order on my account and it went off the next day.

Cartrack, you apparently treat your employees like **** therefore they now treat your customers like ****!

I’m glad to be done with you keep the money but you deserve to go down in hell for the absolute disregard that is which you treat your customers. I wish you nothing but the worst & I will be the first to celebrate the day your company finally goes down in flames because you deserve it!
