Don't join Cartrack

I lost my job this year August i can't pay my installment and i explained to them am currently unemployed but still expect me to pay the money that i don't have, installment going up every month while my car its not covered in case anything happens, tell me i signed 36 month contract and i don't remember signing anything. I even told them that i can send a proof but they are asking if they is no one who can help me to pay, like how while can't even pay my funeral insurances
