My vehicle was ****** and not recovered back in January of 2022, I called Cartrack to find out about a replacement and was told to allow them time to search for the vehicle, and by March was told to allow them at least 6 months to recover the vehicle before enquiring about the recovery Warrantee, Called them after the 6month period and constantly got told I would be called back either I had called too early in the morning or people from the relevant department were unavailable at the time. also informed that I'd be called back. but this did not happen. I have now followed up and am told that I did not report the incident within 30 days by a Kemiso Molefe and that I wasn't testing the unit on a quarterly basis....my small business' vehicle is gone, all I am left with is Cartrack terms and conditions and un empathetic staff members from Cartrack.
