DONT EVER TRUST CARTRACK

2 guys with a branded Cartrack vehicle just pitched at my premises. Both with MIDAS Shirts on. Taking Photos of my vehicle. When I phoned to confirm the guys are actually from cartrack they couldnt be confirmed by the lady at cartrack (Call Centre). I then made several phone calls to the emergency department, but I was on hold for many many Hours. I have had enough of this.
Can you not fix the situation cartrack.
This followed after I had a massive issue with them today as I had to cancel my current unit because I upgraded. Now I need to pay R1700 cancellation fee. for my previous vehicle. I am not comfortable with Cartrack any more. Your technicians doing the installations cannot be verified. then you overcharge. Then you have illegitimate people coming to my home. Then you put me on hold for Hours. What am I paying for? where is the service?

Not just of the odo meter, but opened the bonnet, and below the vehicle.
WHY DID HE TAKE PHOTOS? I hope the world looks at this, and I hope they realize what is going on at Cartrack.....
