DONT EVEN TRY THEM CARTRACK MORE LIKE CAR****
installed there unit with dashcam 6 day's ago. from the start it said power loss and then sms's and call's is non stop. took me 5 day's to get hold of them. now they want to charge me for repairs on a new device thats been !"£ from the start. 5 day's of trying to get hold of them every day reqeusted call back. NOTHING excluding me calling them with no reply.
They (Cartrack) only want to sell with no customer care.

10 Nov 2025, 05:51They made a appointment to come and fix the installation that didnt work from the start. They never arrived and or call to move appointment. They only want your money. Even a branch manager called to confirm the date and time.....dont use them
