Dont even bother

Why would you go through all the trouble of advertising and phoning clients if you do not plan on installing the device. It is December. I am planned to go on holiday, my installation was booked for yesterday 20 Dec 2023. Up to now i haven't heard from you to do the installation. Now when i phoned, they told me the only time available is on the 27th. So thanx for wasting my time doing the application process.
