Don’t be fooled by the advertising, to take your money is nice but to cancel is a headache.

I was told that I can not make any changes to the account because I’m not the account holder. Spoke to an agent Ms. Jessica Mtshubungu who advised my that I was not possible for me to add my sisters car on my wife’s policy when she was in Saudi Arabia. When I called and requested that it be removed, I was told no the policy cannot by cancelled. So even if someone calls with your id number, they can just add any amount of vehicles on your account. The policy hold means nothing.
