Doesn't serve client interests

1. My vehicle got written off, and the insurance refused to pay - I was not driving. Cartrack still expected me to "continue paying as its a 3 year contract". The vehicle is written off! I can't afford another vehicle, as they suggested I transfer the unit to another vehicle. Clearly its all about profit, zero care for the client. Would not recommend this company. 2. I once had a panic button from them as well. I was spiked on the N4 near Brits on 30 June 2021. Pressed the panic button. No one called. No one assisted me. And yes, I'd call them every 3 months to keep testing their unit. I was a female victim of the N4 spikes that costed the lives of many South Africans. Watch Carte Blanche.
