Does not work as advertised

We specifically chose Cartrack because of their claim that it works in the neighbouring countries. When signing up we specifically request Cartrack to make sure that it will work outside RSA. Yes yes we were assured. We even signed to this extent, please check your documentation on file.

We fit the unit and what happens the first day the vehicle crosses the border, turns out the device does not work outside RSA.
