Do NOT use Cartrack!

The level of incompetency Cartrack is on is honestly appalling. I have contacted them earlier this year to cancel my contract because I was not satisfied with the way they have been handling my account and this stems from them either double debiting my bank account or claiming that I have not paid them for that month altogether. Instead of this solving half of my problems it has tripled them. At the first initial call to cancel it I was told about the fee I had to pay for premature cancellation to which I agreed to pay and made an arrangement to pay it over a span of three months. They debited the first payment with no problem however the problems started on the second payment which was not debited instead they debited an amount that had nothing to do with the agreed one then I later on got a call from their agents telling me that I owe them more than what the first agent and I agreed on. After a long fruitless call, I decided to agree to whatever amount they wanted which was supposed to be debited on the 26th of May 2025. You guessed it, they did not. After receiving multiple emails and WhatsApp's from them to pay, I decided to use their PAYM8 link to pay (settle my account, hoping to close our contract and join a more competent company) since they did not want to debit it like they have been before only for me to receive countless emails from them saying I did not pay and they were threatening me with their attorneys and blacklisting me. I decided to call them and possibly get help from their agents but instead I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes but I'm still receiving emails and WhatsApp's from them. Even after dozens and dozens of me emailing and whatsapping them my proof of payments for allocation, there is still nothing. 0/10 do not recommend it to anyone.
