Do not trust Cartrack

My 3 year package was up in September, I put my notice to cancel since July, via email and telephonically. To date they are still charging me and have been ignoring my mail about cancelation and refunding the months they debited. Do not take a contract with these guys, also if your tracker is draining your battery, and you're still under contract, they will charge you for coming out, and if they deem it's not their fault, they will charge you double.

Also, when they did try signing me up, their salesman harassed me nonstop but after the deal was done, no after service.
