DO NOT TRUST CARTRACK AS A BRAND

Possibly the worst decision I’ve ever made in my adult life. Bought and paid R24k+ for tyres with Cartrak on 28/03/2025. Assisted by Thulani Mafenuka and Kabelo Raorei. That happened to be the worst mistake ever as what happened thereafter was nothing but empty promises and unfulfilled expectations. First promise was that Tyres would be dispatched in 3-5 days, which didn’t happen. I was then informed (via call on 9/4/2025) my Tyres were out of stock and they expecting a shipment, which they couldn’t confirm when it would arrive. Countless empty promises came and went until I eventually requested my money back on 14/4/2025. Which I then received written confirmation from Thulani that my request was accepted. To this day (12/5/2025) my money has still not been returned.

It serves me right for buying Tyres from a tracking company. Not only has this disappointed me but it has also caused serious trust issues with the company as a whole and now considering looking for alternatives tracking companies for my cars. I would hate to be experiencing such frustrations in case of any emergency relating to car tracking.

My warning to potential customers, DO NOT TRUST CARTRACK. Save yourself the headache and look for alternatives
