do not sign up with them

1. You can't track the vehicle with an app, yourself, unless you ask for that feature. I'd think that that would be the primary usage of their services?

2. I asked them for a change of contract from my previous contract to a new contract type which lets me use an app to track the vehicle. They said they could do this and it would lower the contract price.

3. Instead as it turns out, they created a NEW contract rather than upgrading the contract.

4. Now that I want to cancel due to loss of a job, they want to invoice me 2000 rand or so for the contract because it hasn't existed for two years, meantime I already had a contract for over two years.

5. They did not mention this fine print when they changed my contract, nor did they tell me that they'd have to charge me to cancel, nor did they mention that they were creating a second contract instead of upgrading.

6. All in all this is totally unacceptable and not only will I never give them business again, but I will put this on my blog, on social media, and I will put it to the consumer complaints commission and to parliament. This thing of you cannot cancel a contract must surely be *******.

So the latest news is they confessed that they had been invoicing me twice for two different contracts for the SAME car, and have worked out that they owe me R 2200 or so. Which they haven't paid, like two months after realising this. BUT they are still cyberstalking the new owner and still trying to take money from me for a car i no longer have. USELESS.
