DO NOT SIGN UP WITH CARTRACK

If I could give a 0 star rating. I would. If you looking for a tracking company don't consider car track. Their customer service is poor. They are very attentive whenever you are a potential client, however, once you in the system they do not care about you. You are on your own.

This is the issue I have. I have two cars that are insured and monitored by cartrack. For months I have been contacting their call centre to schedule a re-fitment for my two vehicles with no form of assistance. On the app the cars aren't picking up at all. When you call in to alert them on this issue they say they will send a technician out as they too can see that both units on both cars is faulty. Weeks passed and still no one has come. Yet the unit is faulty. I don't know how you keep paying for a service that you aren't receiving cause when the car gets ****** they will find some clause to stipitate that why didn't I alert them when the unit stopped working.

So if you want a stress-free life. Do no sign up with cartrack. Try other tracking companies. This one only looks good on paper.
