DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

If i could give zero stars I WOULD. i absolutely do NOT recommend this company to anyone!! I sold the car I had the device in, new owner was willing to take over the subscription, but after numerous attempts to get them to actually arrange this, 2 years later they are still attempting to deduct money from our account. The best part of it all is, the amounts they deduct range between R800 to R1600 at times and not on days we agreed to have the R199 deducted, but rather on days they see fit. I have tried many a times to cancel this subscription with no succes, Also I have asked for proof to be emailed where I give them permission to deduct such large amounts of money, and to date I have recieved NO PROOF. CARTRACK *****S YOUR MONEY AND HAS THE ASBOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION ABILITIES I'VE EVER SEEN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
