Do not even consider cartrack! Stay away from them

I had a tracker a very old one with cartrack since 2010 when I purchased my first vehicle. This car was written off in September 2023. I notified them and requested cancelation of their services with no feedback. Later they kept harassing me with messages, in May 2024 after many calls to their offices I was told that the contract with them is canceled and that I should pay a settlement amount. I paid the amount after lots of hesitation. Now the messages started again my account is in arrears. I have all the proof that my account was settled. I had no obligation towards cartrack as 14 years already lapsed however they continue to harras me. This company is disgusting unprofessional and a ****.
